1. In submitting materials for use in connection with this program, you acknowledge that you are the owner of the materials and that you have the right to submit the materials to Del Monte Pet Products for use on the website and in all other promotional materials. You further acknowledge that you have the permission of all persons depicted in any submission for use of their image as described on this page. In submitting materials you authorize Del Monte and Del Monte’s promotional partners to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, commercialize and distribute the submitted materials on the website and in all other promotional materials, including but not limited to print, radio and television advertising, on package, etc. You further acknowledge and agree that we may use your name as author/creator of the submitted materials, that no compensation will be paid for such use, and that this grant shall be perpetual and worldwide. Please do not submit stories, photos or drawings unless you have permission of all persons depicted, and please do not submit materials which are embarrassing, offensive or derogatory. Del Monte may use materials submitted in its sole discretion and reserves the right to remove any materials from the website at any time for any reason.
2. Persons who submit materials to this site must be at least 18 years old and can be held liable for illegal or prohibited content, or for submitting content for which they do not have permission. Del Monte shall have no liability for materials submitted or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from any use of the materials.
3. Del Monte is not liable for any lost data resulting from the operation of our site. Everyone submitting materials should maintain a back-up copy of any materials submitted.
